WHATS IT LIKE BEING AN EMPLOYEE WITH FSC?

Allie

As a masters intern at FSC I was able to experience multiple roles which helped me learn what kind of work I wanted to do after graduation.  My skills and talents have been noticed and utilized.  I felt supported by my supervisor, co-workers and the administration here. We have several therapists to shadow to learn different therapeutic styles. There is a special balance of friendship and guidance that is very rare in a workplace. I took a position offered to me at the end of working on my masters degree because this is an environment where opportunities and growth are part of the culture.  Ideas are discussed and encouraged.  I love working here!

"I love working for Family Solutions Counseling. The administration goes out of their way to make sure you are not only happy with your work but you are progressing as a person. I can truly say I love my job and the people I work with. How cool is that?!"

"I love the flexibility. My co-workers and boss are amazing, friendly, and so willing to work with any task presented. The cohesion of our staff is unlike any other business I've worked for and in addition to many other things, it makes me never want to leave."

"Family Solutions Counseling has been a wonderful learning experience. As an intern, and now full-time employee, I can say FSC provides strong mentoring and a collegial environment while supporting professional growth and creative opportunities. Their diverse clientele base allows clinicians to discover their strengths and speaks to their support of the greater community and those in need. FSC's involvement with the LGBT+ community is unique for a private counseling agency in this area and was an important part of the decision to launch my professional career under their supervision. I'm so excited to be a part of this team!"
