KJ ULUAVE

CSW-I

Are you in need of a safe place to share your thoughts, feelings and fears? Are you tired of hearing advice from others and need someone to talk to who can help you sort things out without judgment? You might feel like you have no control over your own thoughts, and even your life. Everyone tells you what to do, who you are and how to be. As much as they might be trying to help, it can lead to confusion and frustration when you can’t live up to everyone else’s expectations. You deserve to choose your own path and be able to share openly, explore your options in life and come to conclusions without fear of rejection or criticism.

I listen non judgmentally as we identify the thinking patterns that have held you back. I’ll teach you the skills to use when things feel out of control. I’ll coach you on how to move forward to reach your goals. When you’re down, I’ll be your support. When stuck, I offer motivation to help you break-free, when you’re ready to be the best version of yourself.

My life experiences have taught me to be open, accepting and compassionate. Growing up in a multicultural family setting, I understand the challenges of navigating life from a different perspective than most. As a former college athlete, I understand that lifestyle and mindset. I recognize how your own background can offer insight, strengths and solutions.

WHATS YOUR THERAPEUTIC APPROACH?

My therapeutic approach is one that will meet you where you are. Starting from there we will uncover the strengths that you already possess. I believe in working collaboratively with my clients. We will create a treatment plan with goals and objectives to ensure we can measure and celebrate progress. Life happens and my goal is to be able to help you develop the skills necessary to handle all that life throws at you.
