LAUREN HARRIGIAN

ACMHC

Empowerment is something that many of us struggle to understand and find in our lives. Through motivational interviewing I will help you discover your talents and abilities. We will then use that to find self confidence. I want to help you find YOUR voice, I know that the person inside of you has a lot to say and I want you to be heard.

From a personal standpoint, I feel passionately about helping the LGBTQ community of Cache Valley. I am an advocate for LGBTQ beliefs and rights and I love working with individuals and families that are navigating their own journeys.

Additionally I love working with athletes and military families. As an athlete and military child myself, I want to help my clients as they recover from injuries, work through high demand athletic situations, navigate relationships and how to overcome family pressure.

Whatever it is that you find yourself struggling with, I am here to hear you and support you through your journey.
