STACEY LATER
CSW, SUDC
Mental health has the power to influence all aspects of a person’s life, including the ability to develop meaningful relationships, and maintain self-functioning. With willingness and vulnerability, therapy can give a person back their life and empower them to reach their potential. My mantra is “follow your heart and take your brain with you.”
I am here to help you heal and move forward in your life journey confidently and autonomously. I have experience with all ages through the lifespan in various settings. I received my Bachelor of Social Work and certificate in Substance Use Disorder Counseling from The University of Utah, and my Master of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago. My therapeutic style encompasses art modalities, attachment theory, mindfulness, ACT, DBT, and CBT.
I will meet you where you are at and help you feel supported and safe in your journey. When you feel a pull to change your life and a different path is presented; have courage, take it even when it seems uncertain or scary, and trust it. Follow your heart and take your brain with you.
