HOW LONG DOES EACH THERAPY SESSION TAKE?

Sessions are typically 45-53 minutes long. Family Sessions can be booked for a longer period of time if needed.

HOW LONG WILL I BE IN THERAPY?

This is different for everyone. Typically, most clients are seen for 8-16 sessions.

WHAT IF MY THERAPIST IS NOT A GOOD FIT FOR ME?

Please reach out to our administration team, they can help match you to a therapist that can better fit your needs.

IF I COME TO THERAPY DOES IT MEAN THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH ME?

Definitely not, therapy is a great way to explore personal growth, seek answers and find resolution in your life.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT ON MY FIRST VISIT?

You will be asked for basic demographic information, billing information and required to fill out consent forms. When in session, you will go over intake questions and history with your therapist. If you still have questions after your first visit, please let us know, we would be happy to answer them.

HOW DOES BILLING WORK?

 We do require payment for sessions at the time of service. If we are billing your insurance, we will only require the copay or coinsurance at time of service. If there is any amount unpaid after insurance we will reach out to you with the amount. If you are not able to provide us with insurance information at the time of your visit, we will expect full payment at the time of service (self pay discount will not be applicable).

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO WE ACCEPT?

Cash, credit card, debit card, HSA cards, clergy pay, insurance, EAPs, and single case agreements.

DO WE HAVE A SLIDING FEE SCALE?

Only for self-pay clients.
