Whether you're working through something difficult or simply ready to grow, I'll walk alongside you with compassion and without judgment. Together, we'll tailor our work to fit your unique needs and goals, because your wellbeing matters."

As a Master of Social Work intern, I am passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate challenges and move toward change. I prioritize building connections and empowering clients to grow. My goal is to create an affirming environment where you can show up fully as yourself. Grounded in a belief of the dignity and worth of every person, I center my work on compassion and understanding.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based and trauma-informed practices. I draw from a variety of modalities to thoughtfully tailor treatment to each client's individual experiences, needs, and goals.

Ages I work with: All ages — Youth & Children (3-17), Young Adults (18-25), Adults (25-60), Seniors (60+)

Favorite quote: "The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change." - Carl Rogers

A little about me: When I'm not in the office, I enjoy spending time outside — paddle boarding is my favorite way to reset! I grew up in Vernal, Utah, and love going back to spend time with family. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Utah State University with minors in Mental Health Advocacy & Awareness and Sociology, and I'm currently pursuing my Master's degree there as well.

WHAT HAS SHAPED YOUR THERAPEUTIC APPROACH?
Homework looks different for every client. It might be a journaling prompt, a mindfulness exercise, or simply practicing a new coping skill between sessions. The goal is always to support your growth in a way that feels manageable and meaningful to you.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST SESSION WITH YOU?
Come as you are! There is no preparation needed. Our first session is about getting to know each other and understanding what brought you in. I want you to feel comfortable and safe from the very beginning.
WHAT MADE YOU WANT TO BECOME A THERAPIST?
Learning from diverse individuals has profoundly shaped how I approach therapy. My education in social work, combined with my personal belief in the resilience of the human spirit, has led me to a client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach. I believe every person already has the tools for healing within them — sometimes they just need support uncovering them.
