I have personal experience with trauma and difficult life situations. I have worked with the families of cache valley for many years and witnessed how trauma, mental health and substance use can affect so many areas of a person's life. My experiences have led me to becoming a therapist so that I could create a safe and compassionate space to help others' and the challenges they experience.
