I specialize in helping teens, young adults, and adults navigate anxiety, depression, and life’s challenges through evidence-based approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. I also support individuals experiencing faith transitions or identity shifts, providing a safe and nonjudgmental space to explore beliefs and values while staying grounded in what matters most.
I have a growing passion for working with couples and draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method to help partners strengthen their connection, improve communication, and work through conflict in meaningful ways.
I strive to be approachable, supportive, and down-to-earth, creating a safe and collaborative space where people feel understood and empowered to make lasting change.
Outside of the therapy room, I love spending time outdoors—it helps me stay grounded and reminds me of the importance of balance and presence. I bring that same energy into my work, encouraging clients to reconnect with themselves and live life to the fullest!
