Makelle Israelsen
MSW-Intern
As a Master of Social Work intern, I am passionate about walking alongside clients as they navigate life’s challenges, and move toward meaningful change. My approach is down-to-earth, evidence based, and rooted in authentic connection. I recognize that every client is unique, and I am committed to ongoing learning and clinical flexibility to find the most effective strategies for your individual needs. I draw from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I strive to create a supportive space where you can explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and feel safe to show up as your whole self. My goal is to help facilitate relief, so you can reclaim your energy and fill your life with what truly brings you joy and meaning.
