CSW
TF-CBT, Brainspotting, CBT, DBT
I believe healing begins with a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and accepted, allowing you to show up exactly as you are without fear of judgment or pressure. Whether you're navigating the effects of trauma, anxiety, depression, or difficult life experiences, we'll move at a pace that feels right for you. I don't believe people are broken. I believe we adapt in remarkable ways to survive, and together we can explore those patterns with curiosity and compassion to understand how they're serving you today.

KNOW YOUR THERAPIST
WHAT DID YOU GET YOUR DEGREE(S) IN AND WHERE FROM?
BS Marriage and Family Studies from BYU-I MSW Grand Canyon University
WHAT MADE YOU WANT TO BECOME A THERAPIST?
SUMMARY OF PROFESSIONAL HISTORY
My background includes working as a Prevention Educator with CAPSA, where I partnered with schools and community organizations to promote healthy relationships, emotional well-being, and violence prevention. I also completed my clinical training at Quality Youth Services, providing therapy to children, teens, adults, and families.
WHAT KIND OF HOMEWORK OR ASSIGNMENTS DO YOU GIVE CLIENTS?
Homework is always tailored to each client's goals and comfort level. It may include practicing coping or grounding skills, increasing awareness of thoughts, emotions, or body sensations, journaling, reflecting on patterns, or trying new ways of responding to challenges. My goal is to help clients apply what we discuss in therapy to their everyday lives, but assignments are always collaborative and never one-size-fits-all.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST SESSION WITH YOU?
Simply come as you are. You don't need to have everything figured out or know exactly what you want to talk about. If it feels helpful, spend a few moments reflecting on what brought you to therapy, what you hope will be different, or any questions you have. Our first session is an opportunity to get to know one another, explore what feels most important to you, and begin building a therapeutic relationship where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported as we move forward together.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including Brainspotting, TF-CBT, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, somatic techniques, to support healing of both the mind and body. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can deepen self-awareness, process life's experiences, and move toward meaningful, lasting healing.
WHAT HAS SHAPED YOUR THERAPEUTIC APPROACH?
I became a therapist because I have always had a passion for helping others. I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported, no matter where they are in their journey. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they navigate life's challenges, discover their strengths, and work toward healing, growth, and living more authentically.
