Mental health struggles are quick to make us feel isolated, especially when we take into consideration the stigma surrounding mental health that is still pervasive in society. It feels shameful to talk about what we’re struggling with. But we are not alone in our pain.
Here are 10 quotes to remind you that we are not alone in our pain. The more we talk about our feelings and share with each other, the less shame we feel about them. Do any of these quotes resonate with you?
